libtcl-chiark-1 software package provides Tcl interfaces for adns, cdb, crypto, etc., you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtcl-chiark-1
libtcl-chiark-1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtcl-chiark-1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtcl-chiark-1 *
You will get with libtcl-chiark-1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
